Native to the Wichita area, Aubrey knows the ICT! She is a 5th generation Kansan who learned the art of hard work and relationship building from her Grandparents, who owned and operated indoor and drive-in movie theaters across the state. After proudly graduating from Wichita High School East in 1993, Aubrey went on to attend Wichita State University and Butler. With early experience helping her uncle with residential real estate appraisals, and time working with her mom in mortgage lending, as well as an escrow assistant for the closing department at a large title company, she draws from her previous work experience to best assist her clients. In between real estate related work, Aubrey was an advertising executive for the largest TV station in Kansas, creating both television and online advertising. Collectively, Aubrey's experience has been an excellent foundation, providing her with a full understanding of what is necessary for a successful real estate transaction, whether buying or selling.
Aubrey helps clients buy and sell homes and properties all over South Central Kansas, and has a particular interest in land and homes on acreage. With several hours of additional training in land sales, and her membership with the Realtors Land Institute, Aubrey is well equipped to navigate land transactions anywhere in the state of Kansas. Combining her knowledge of Kansas, and lifelong interest in horses, Aubrey is a go-to agent for land sales, whether farm ground, recreational land, equestrian properties, or ranches.
As a Kansas lifer, Aubrey has lived in towns around South Central Kansas, including Wichita, Andover, Mulvane, and Rose Hill. Aubrey's husband works as a high level adviser for a major tech company, and is a drone pilot. Together, they have four daughters, dogs, horses, a crazy barn cat, and one spoiled mini donkey, who keep them actively involved in the community! In her free time, Aubrey loves riding and going to horse shows with her youngest daughter. Aubrey is also fond of wild adventures in the mountains of Colorado, rooting for the University of Kansas Jayhawks (where her 3 oldest daughters were 5th generation students), and cheering on her family's horses at racetracks across the country.
